Harriet Rowan is a CMD reporter. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and speaks Spanish and Arabic.
She majored in Latin American studies and also extensively studied the Middle East. She lived in Morocco for a year, studying the language and culture. She is currently continuing her studies at the university.
