How to listen
Streaming audio. Click the "Play" button to play this radio program in iTunes, Real Audio Player, Windows Media Player, or other MP3 player. (If you are prompted to save a file, simply save the ".M3U" file to your desktop and open it in the audio player of your choice. The .M3U or "playlist" format is widely supported by most Mac and Windows XP audio players.)
Podcast. A podcast is a way to subscribe to and automatically download the newest audio content from our site directly to your MP3 player. Our podcasts are can be accessed by searching for "Progressive" in the iTunes podcast directory. (If you use other podcast software such as iPodder, here are the addresses for our podcast feeds: http://feeds.feedburner.com/podgressive and http://feeds.feedburner.com/podgressiveweek.)
Broadcast Quality Download. Progressive Radio programs are available at no charge to non-commercial stations and individual users to store on their computers. To download, right-click (control-click on a Mac) the download link and select "Save file as..." (or the equivalent option in your browser) and save the MP3 file to your desktop.
