Amira Hass of the Israeli daily mewspaper Ha'Aretz. Hass is the only Israeli journalist reporting on the Palestinian situation who lives in the Occupied Territories. In 1999 she received the international World Press Freedom award in recogintion of her work in the Gaza Strip.
