Silja J.A. Talvi

Silja J.A. Talvi is a thirty-five-year veteran of investigative, immersive, undercover, and advocacy journalism in the United States, France, the United Kingdom,and Finland. She has received eighteen awards in the United States for excellence in journalism and essay writing and has been published internationally in more than eighty-five publications. She has authored and contributed to several books, including authoring Women Behind Bars.
