Cat Carroll

Cat Carroll is an independent journalist based in Wisconsin whose reporting focuses on global health, migration, and human rights. She was the 2025 recipient of the Wolff Fellowship and a 2025 Pulitzer Center Campus Consortium Reporting Fellow. Her work has also been supported by the Center for Journalism Ethics and the Association of Health Care Journalists.
