The ESSA is no better than

The ESSA is no better than the NCLB and in some ways worse. Those against High Stakes testing and Common Core see ESSA as another flawed attempt by the Federal Government (which has no legal right to intercede in education) to take control and centralize services. So the "rebellion" will not only continue it will NOT be satisfied until control of education is returned to the local level.
